By booking the Selah Bali Experience with Faith Luxe Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your deposit.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans will be provided and must be followed according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Your package includes accommodations, select meals, activities, transportation within Bali, and curated experiences as outlined on the official trip page.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all inclusions prior to booking.
All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be transferred to another individual without written approval.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Travelers are responsible for securing any required visas, vaccinations, or entry documentation.
Faith Luxe Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

Failure to obtain travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any unforeseen changes.
Room types (private or shared) are selected at the time of booking.
Shared rooms will be paired at the discretion of Faith Luxe Travel unless a roommate is requested.
Room upgrades are limited and subject to availability.
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of changes, comparable alternatives will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for itinerary modifications.
Participation in all activities is voluntary.
By booking, you acknowledge that certain activities (ATVs, excursions, etc.) may involve inherent risks.
You accept full responsibility for your participation and release Faith Luxe Travel from liability related to injuries, damages, or losses.
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to travel.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in planned activities.
Faith Luxe Travel is not liable for health-related incidents during the trip.
